Welcome to AI Excel. By purchasing or accessing The Smart Suite: Microsoft and AI Collection, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Contract & Account Security

By purchasing a course, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AI Excel. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your personal or internal business use. You agree not to share your account login credentials with any third party. Multiple users accessing a single account will result in immediate termination without a refund.

2. Intellectual Property

All videos, AI prompt templates, practice workbooks, and text assets within The Smart Suite are the intellectual property of AI Excel. Copying, distributing, modifying, or selling our proprietary material without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Cancellation & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these terms, engage in copyright infringement, or exhibit abusive behavior toward our staff or community members.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• No Guarantees: While our AI-driven Excel frameworks are designed to optimize productivity, we make no guarantees regarding specific career advancement, salary increases, or zero-error outcomes in your workplace.
• As-Is Basis: The courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI Excel is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our course materials, or from errors generated by external AI engines.
