• Abuse Policy: To protect our intellectual property, refunds will not be issued if a user has downloaded all the practice workbooks or completed more than 50% of the collection prior to requesting a refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days.
